All prices include VAT. The delivery cost is shown before you start the order.
Terms of purchase
How to buy
You pick the bouquet, see the total with VAT and delivery, and pay. Then we message you on WhatsApp to know who it is for, where, when and what the card says. You can order in Spanish, Catalan, English, Russian or Ukrainian; we send the confirmation by email.
Flowers and withdrawal
Bouquets and cut flowers are perishable and often personalised: there is no right of withdrawal (art. 103 TRLGDCU). Vases and objects: 14 days.
Substitutions
We keep the size, the palette and the style. If a key flower has to change, we ask you first.
Guarantee and complaints
If something is not right, write to us: we fix it. We answer within 15 days at most. Official complaint forms are available.

We want anyone to be able to buy here. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA. If you find a barrier, write to info@espafloria.es and we will help you complete the order.
